MXGP Pro is certainly one of the best bike racers out there. With every action felt, every race demanding skill and every track bringing its own unique challenges, it seems Milestone have finally brought us the Motocross game we’ve been asking for.

This is Milestone's best MXGP title to date, improving the graphics, improving the physics, the handling, and the realism, all whilst keeping the title accessible to players of all levels.

The best MXGP game ever, period. The Career mode is too classical but the driving is so good you’ll soon forget all the obvious flaws. Demanding and challenging, this is the MX game fans had been awaiting for so long.

If you don’t mind that its career mode doesn’t really have much pizzazz, MXGP Pro will provide you with many hours of dirty racing activity.

Overall, there are aspects of this game that I thoroughly enjoy. I enjoyed learning how to play the game decently and can see how it tailors to racing gamers like me, and the die hard motocross fan who knows what they are doing, and how to adjust their bike settings. I'm not the best at racing games, and I'm no expert in Motocross by a long shot, however, in playing MXGP Pro, I can at least say that it gave me some insight on the mechanics of a motocross bike and how the bikes operate. As for my recommendation, I would recommend this game solely on the gameplay being as decent as it is.

MXGP Pro may well be the best MXGP game to come from Milestone so far. It’s not perfect by any means, but it does provide a passable and realistic experience nevertheless. It’s a shame, then, that despite the gorgeous photo-realistic visuals and the diverse selection of tracks and riders, MXGP Pro falls somewhat flat on its play-it-safe content and its steep learning curve. This is a decent racer for sure, but it could have been much more.

MXGP Pro is not bad. I really think a player that enjoys racing simulators might find something to enjoy with it. If I could get past its extreme learning curve for first time players, I bet I could have a lot of fun with it. It's hard to have fun with a game when you can't even beat the first track on any single player mode when all the other racers leave you in the dust (or dirt and mud) however.

The last game in the series MXGP 3 tickled my fancy quite a bit and even though it wasn’t for everybody I actually thought it was the best the series had offered so far at the time. As you can imagine then I was quite looking forward to see if they would continue the momentum that was built from MXGP 3, and I’m pleased to say that the new addition to the series MXGP Pro is even better than MXGP 3. The biggest thing with this new addition is without a doubt it’s realism and you can see this realistic approach injected into all aspects of the game. The bike physics feel on point and realistic throughout your time with the game and this means winning a race takes a lot of effort and skill at times. You’ll be pleased to know that the rewind feature has been included again and I don’t mind admitting that I used this feature quite a few times because it can be very challenging at times. The AI are hardcore on pretty much all difficulty settings and if you’re not a fan of a high difficulty curve then this game isn’t for you. Thankfully though I am a fan of challenging game’s and I did feel confident in tackling the important races ahead thanks to the excellent tutorials the game offers you. These tutorials leave no stone unturned and they explain everything in great detail and at times these tutorials did help me out quite a bit, which is great. If it wasn’t for the tutorials I think I would’ve gotten a lot more frustrated and I’m glad I didn’t get too frustrated because in terms of content there is quite a lot for you to get to grips with. You will however have to deal with a few technichal issues every now and then when exploring this content and the issues can be annoying at times, but thankfully I was able to look past these issues due to the variety the content had. You’ll also be pleased to know that the presentation side of the game has lots of variety included in it as well and both the visuals and sound design have lots of nice detail included in them which definitely makes racing even more of an immersive experience. At the end of the day if like me you’re a big fan of the MXGP series then you will thoroughly enjoy your time with this game and I am pleased to say that this new addition to the series is once again another step in the right direction and I’ve never been more excited to see where the series goes next. This game is a real step forward for what we have seen before. Graphics has improved the most, now we see where a player or others were goingThis game is a real step forward for what we have seen before. Graphics has improved the most, now we see where a player or others were going on previous laps and can capitalize on the cleared track to get better grip and things like this. Particle effects are really good especially when using first person cam. I like the bike sound and ambient sounds, this adds a good overall track day experience, physics is a step forward however it still needs improvements. Overall I like the game very much and it is really enjoing to keep pushing and keep a good pace. Expand

This game looks go great with Xbox One X enhancement. I'm enjoying it so far.

Btw Milestone will be a better studio if they stop making and releasing 30~40 games a year for cash-grab, Just focus one or two game, they will be one of the top racing game studio in the future.

MXGP Pro continues to improve upon Milestone's MXGP formula, but for the fourth entry in the series it still has plenty of issues. The physicsMXGP Pro continues to improve upon Milestone's MXGP formula, but for the fourth entry in the series it still has plenty of issues. The physics are still not quite there although the rider movement is much better than past entries in the series, and the career mode is still hollow. The online service is, as per usual with Milestone, terrible. The AI difficulty is the best in the series so far, but it's still not really a challenge to win races by 10+ seconds. This game will entertain fans of the sport for a few months, but it doesn't have much re-playability past that. Expand

Overall the game is quite cool, however a few disappointments with lack of ruts to hook the bike in, the whips are straight up crap. PhysicsOverall the game is quite cool, however a few disappointments with lack of ruts to hook the bike in, the whips are straight up crap. Physics are good but you really have to feather the throttle which makes it hard. if you slightly over jump something you bail. AI is perfect lines no crashes. This leaving 1 main line in the dirt which is another thing as it looks washed out.

Game is good but need a lot of improvements.
