Some aspects of this game haven’t aged particularly well, but overall it’s a very enjoyable adventure. If you’re waiting for XXL 3, this is the best way to do it.

Another remaster that plays with our feelings and memories. A great option if we like the sharped sense of humor of the Asterx & Obelix universe and adds interesting references to videogames of the PS2 and Nintendo Gamecube years.

A good remaster of the video game released back in 2006. The remaster offers mechanics, items and good textures. It is a good introduction to wait for XXL 3, since its gameplay is not surprising.

Astérix & Obélix XXL 2 is still nice today despite its age, especially for the youngest, and if this remaster could have been more generous, it fuels the curiosity about the upcoming third episode more developed and meeting the current technical standards.

Asterix and Obelix XXL2 is a game that entertains for a little while. This is mainly because of the numerous winks to other games. The remaster doesn't impress on any area. The game has an old feel all over and the gameplay falls flat after a while.

Never played the original game, but I liked this "HD remaster". It certainly shows its age, even with updated visuals, it looks nothing likeNever played the original game, but I liked this "HD remaster". It certainly shows its age, even with updated visuals, it looks nothing like current releases, but still offers a colorful and fun experience. Gameplay is a little bit repetitive and different areas and enemies look similar, but the game itself is fun and nice for a younger audience. The Switch physical edition comes with extras and that's always welcomed, mostly because main story lasts only over 5 hours. Full Review »
