Jun 4, 2018Antigraviator pushes you to play aggressively and master the tracks, and if you do that, you’ll get a real kick out of this. It may not be an original concept but Cybernetic Walrus has created quite a polished and intense racer and I look forward to seeing how they support it in the months ahead.

Games Master UKJul 14, 2018Futuristic racing must one day be like this. Antigraviator delivers speed and polish without a Sony badge. [Aug 2018, p.83]
-
Jun 29, 2018The game is visually appealing and offers you the ability to just pick up and play without much need for overly complicated things. Antigraviator offers a nostalgic gameplay with updating graphics and keeps to what games should be, Good Old Fashioned fun.
-
Jun 22, 2018There is a healthy number of tracks that will take hours to master, cool Gravs and parts to unlock, and it’s a joy to look at and listen to while you do it. But with a little polish and workshopping, Antigraviator could have gone from really good, to really great.
-
Jun 14, 2018Antigraviator can be pretty challenging for those not familiar with anti-gravity racing games such as F-Zero. There aren’t a lot of upgrades for your vehicle and requiring credits to attempt later leagues can be a bit detrimental as you might have to replay the first league multiple times just to grind credits. The traps are also not really my cup of tea and I could do without those personally. Beyond that though, Antigraviator is a solid game, but it’s not for everyone.
-
CD-ActionSep 27, 2018Antigraviator is as fast as a Wipeout clone should be, but it’s not enough to make it a great game. It simply doesn’t offer enough content to keep you interested for more than a couple hours. [08/2018, p.72]
-
Jun 27, 2018Antigraviator has tight controls, great sense of speed, branching courses and is for the most part enjoyable, but multiplayer issues, little content (especially in gravs and modes), unfair difficulty in a couple of leagues and tedious money farming, keep it from reaching its true potential.
-
Jun 25, 2018A great experience for Wipeout and F-Zero fans. A very classic game with lots of tracks to run and enjoy and a very good speed visual effect.
-
Jun 19, 2018If you love futuristic arcade-styled racing games, Antigraviator is a good option. The sense of speed is great, just like the control, and despite of its track design is solid, its feels a little generic too.
-
Jun 12, 2018Fast, intense, adrenaline pumping stuff... but without that special something that makes it a true Wipeout successor,
-
Jun 5, 2018Antigraviator feels great to play and has a style that will be familiar to players of F-Zero and Wipeout, but its attempts to differentiate itself like the trap mechanic don't add much to the overall package. It does, however, hit the mark where it counts. The track design is solid, the sense of speed is great, and controls are tight and feel familiar for anyone who's played a racing game.
-
Jun 4, 2018Antigraviator is fun while it lasts, but fails to be memorable. The developers are clearly talented and pay attention to detail, but more content and variation would go a long way to make the game long-term entertainment even for players who aren’t big on racing titles. As it stands now, there is a lot to like for enthusiasts of the genre, but the game feels a tad threadbare. It is certainly the beginnings of something great, and should be nourished to reach its potential.
-
Jun 4, 2018Antigraviator is a great release for any player who enjoys arcade-styled racing, with even more of a plus for those who enjoy sci-fi and experimental themes. What it sets out to do, it executes well.
-
Jun 4, 2018Antigraviator gets a lot of things right. Its responsive handling and evasive manoeuvres help the racing feel particularly fluid. The boosting system and the lack of a top-speed really enhances the exhilaration factor, too. Managing cells for use between boosting and traps also adds a nice strategic layer. However, the trap mechanic and how it's integrated is disappointing.
-
Jun 7, 2018Antigraviator is a fast but mediocre futuristic arcade racer, with a pretty challenging campaign but inconsistent physics and a forgettable trap system.
-
Jun 21, 2018Antigraviator has a few too many issues for me to wholeheartedly recommend, but at the end of the day it’s still a functional racer that benefits from existing in a genre that isn’t terribly populated with great options at the moment. Who knows, maybe the controls will click with you more than the did with me. Maybe the traps are just the kind of mayhem you’re into. If not, you’re in for frustration, but cast those issues aside and you’re still left with a lot of speed, style, and pretty colors.
-
Jun 5, 2018Antigraviator is a no-holds-bar dedication to arcadey, futuristic speed. But packing in more content would elevate the experience to something better.
-
Jul 5, 2018Antigraviator has a strong foundation for an fast-paced sci-fi racer, but lacks the content and unique footprint to really stand out. It’s hard to recommend it over the likes of RedOut and WipEout, which offer highly similar experiences in much stronger overall packages.
-
Jul 19, 2018Antigraviator has beautiful tracks and a solid gameplay, but it lacks of content with a small amount of ships and customizations.
-
Jul 10, 2018Antigraviator has tons of potential, and there’s every chance that it could attain it a few updates down its spiralling road. However, as it stands there are too many problems with the game’s underpinnings that the fantastic visuals can’t quite cover up.
-
Jul 5, 2018Antigraviator is a Wipeout clone that unfortunately falls short in most areas.
-
Jun 11, 2018Antigraviator has decent track design, a good sense of speed and is fun without throwing unwanted distractions into the gameplay that I feel fans of the genre will certainly find some joy to be had trying to best their fastest boost chain, even if its content isn’t stacked as other available options on PC.
-
Jun 7, 2018Antigraviator has smooth controls and beautiful locations, but its multiplayer is empty, and the small amount of available content is a real disappointment.
-
Jul 4, 2018Difficult to recommend.
-
Jul 3, 2018Antigraviator is the kind of game that disappoints by showing the bones to be a great experience, only to fall short of its lofty goals in nearly every aspect.
-
Jun 22, 2018When it comes to anti-gravity racing games on PC, there really aren’t that many that could possibly match the level of games such as Wipeout and F-Zero. Antigraviator is enjoyable in short bursts, though that soon wears off once you’ve put enough time in. Sadly, that amount of time is roughly an hour or so before you start to realize the game is very one-dimensional.
-
Jul 6, 2018This is more a tech demo than a coherent game - stay away until it is fixed.
