Yes, it’s a Gacha game and yes, it’ll try to have you buy things you don’t really need. But that’s what Gacha games do, right? And this one is pretty fair, and also has cool graphics and very dynamic gameplay.

Legends is an ambitious and promising title that can end up being one of the best fighting games on mobile. It needs tons of content, but so far it’s a pretty solid foundation to build upon.

Bandai haven't risked in its ideas, but the game renews the attractive of the franchise while maintaining the free to play model. An ideal game for short play sessions, while we wait for the next bus bound to Namek.

Even if its structure is a little shallow, mostly in its combat system, Dragon Ball Legends is maybe one of the best anime-based games on mobile these days.
  5. May 24, 2018
Dragon Ball Legends might be one of the best licensed anime games on mobile, as well as one of the best looking. One of the better anime time wasters on mobile.
  6. May 23, 2018
Dragon Ball Legends is a fine fighting game for mobile devices inspired by the legendary manga.
  7. Jun 7, 2018
Dragon Ball Legends may be true to the series to a certain extent, but that doesn’t make it a good game.

Lots of content but mobile fighting game.
The games starts really well, with a good tutorial to show all the moves and starts you in a story mode(take that SFV!!!) after some scripted battles you get to play the game and...... it's a mobile real-time fighting game.
The moves are clunky, there's some lag to factor your moves, and the fights go from real hectic in one point to a real drooling fest in another because of ki usage and really easy to execute free counters.
You create a party of six and then choose 3 of them to actually fight, you can change and use some special moves from time to time, you use cards to select if you are doing a ki blast, meele combo, etc. Controls are clunky because of it being a mobile version of an almost full console type of fighting game, with distance, ki usage, evade, switch, combos, specials...
Overall a good fighting game for mobile but because it's mobile it comes with a whole lot of problems that add up pretty quickly.
