Sushi Striker overall is solidly made and had me addicted to its simple yet challenging battles. It’s a game that allows anyone to play in whatever manner they choose. This is definitely one game that I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and fresh adventure… just try not to play on an empty stomach.

Sushi Strikers finds an original puzzle mechanic in a genre overpopulated by match-threes, but sometimes it’s too dense for its own good

Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido consists of a fun and amusing puzzle game based on sushi and it shows the 3DS can still get new games that are worthy of attention. While its online multiplayer is affected by lag and the game's plot is really nothing to write home about, Sushi Striker's original gameplay is a reason enough for players to get their hands on this content-full title and to watch its finely crafted cutscenes.
